Returns and Exchanges
At BagBelle, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging where applicable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the incorrect or faulty item was sent by BagBelle.
BagBelle reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving any exchange or refund request.
